TRAINING AT KEY

Our mission at Key Equipment Services is to provide the Food Service Industry of Western Canada with high quality and reliable food equipment service, experienced technical advice and an extensive inventory of OEM parts. To ensure our technicians are prepared to support this mission Key technicians receive regular training on the latest pieces of commercial kitchen equipment and the newest models, often before that equipment is launched into the marketplace.

New technicians receive the benefit of on-the-job mentoring by CFESA Certified Master Technicians and Top Technicians who have been through specialized training programs. Training never stops though, with regular updates on equipment, online learning programs, and regular trips to manufacturers training facilities. Our technicians are continually fine-tuning their skills and keeping on top of the latest changes in the industry.

CERTIFIED MASTER TECHNICIANS

At Key, we guide all technicians to achieve Certified Master Technician status, as defined by CFESA, so that they are well equipped to meet our customers needs, and to exceed industry standards. The Certified Master program involves schooling, testing and manufacturer training, which challenge our technicians to take their skills to the next level.
