The term “you” refers to the user, viewer or customer of our website.

Cancellation of Parts/Service Order:
For orders placed over the website, cancellation requests must be made through the website. If a parts cancellation request is received before any action has been taken to ship the parts, and if the manufacturer allows cancellations, the customer will receive a refund, less a 25% restocking charge. If the item is a special order, the supplier may not allow cancellations, so the cancellation may not be allowed. If a cancellation is received after the order has been shipped, the request will be treated as a request for return.
If a service cancellation request is received before a technician has been dispatched, no charge will result. However, if the technician is already enroute, the customer will be charged a minimum truck charge.
Parts return:
Key Food’s aim is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a customer decides to return a part, a request for return must be made through the website. Key Food will not accept a return without prior approval. No returns will be accepted past 90 days from the date of purchase. The customer is responsible for the following costs: original shipping costs, return shipping costs, restocking fee (25%), repair charges for any damages incurred. Key Food will deduct the relevant charges prior to issuing a refund. In the event that the charges exceed the original charges, the customer agrees to pay the difference.
The part must be returned in its original condition and in its original package to the branch from which the part was received, if package was shipped, return part to Burnaby branch. Refused and returned parts will be inspected to assess re-salability. If Key Food is found to have erred in sending the part(s), a full refund will be given to the customer once the part is returned to Key. The return process requires more administration than most transactions, so refunds may take up to 30 days to be fully processed.
If the customer fails to follow the terms and conditions outlined here, no credit will be awarded.
Key Food is limited to what the manufacturers’ warranties stipulate. Parts must be installed and adjusted by skilled personnel. Improper installation may cause malfunction and may void any warranty.
